To be eligible for a refund, our policy is for 30 days after your order has been delivered and not the order date since delays/backorders can occur at times. If 30 days have passed since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your item arrives sealed with plastic wrap or a sticker seal that is removed/broken then your item is automatically not eligible for an exchange.
If you receive a product that is damaged and/or defective and occurs within 30 days of delivery we will reship you a replacement at no cost to you. No refunds will be issued for defective items only a replacement will be shipped.
To submit your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is submitted thru our online portal and approved, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If your product is eligible for an exchange within the first 30 days we will reship you a replacement. This includes items that are defective and/or damaged.
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.

If we can not identify your return because there is no order confirmation we will not be able to process your return and no refund will be issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
